The short version
This website is a handful of static pages. It sets no cookies, uses no local storage, runs no analytics or tracking of any kind, embeds no social media, and loads nothing from any third party — the fonts are served from this site rather than from Google. There is no contact form, so nothing you type is transmitted anywhere. The only personal data that arises is what our host records in ordinary server logs, and whatever you choose to put in an email to us.

Server log data
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. (88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), a subsidiary of Microsoft. To deliver a page, GitHub necessarily processes technical data including your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and information your browser sends such as its user agent and referring page. GitHub states that it retains this kind of log data for security, abuse prevention and operating the service.
We do not receive, store or analyse these logs ourselves, and we do not combine them with any other data. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Hosting on GitHub means this data is processed in the United States. Transfers are covered by GitHub's own data protection terms and standard contractual clauses. GitHub's privacy statement: docs.github.com/site-policy.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
None. This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, so there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. It runs no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixels and no A/B testing. No profile is built about you and no automated decision-making takes place.
Fonts
The typefaces are stored on this website and delivered from it. They are not requested from Google Fonts or any other external font service, so loading a page does not disclose your IP address to a third party for that purpose.
Links to other sites
Some links lead to axiumone.com, our product, and to GitHub's privacy statement. Following a link means the operator of that site receives your request and applies its own privacy policy; this one does not cover them.
Contacting us
If you email info@bluegateanalytics.com we process your address, your message and anything else you include, in order to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, depending on whether your enquiry concerns a contract). We keep such correspondence only as long as needed to deal with the matter and to meet retention obligations, and we do not use it for marketing without your agreement.
Email is not an inherently secure medium. Please do not send confidential information by unencrypted email.
Your rights
Where data protection law gives you these rights — in the EU and EEA, under the GDPR — you may request:
- access to the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15);
- correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16);
- erasure (Art. 17) or restriction of processing (Art. 18);
- a copy of data you provided, in a portable format (Art. 20);
- and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).
Write to info@bluegateanalytics.com to exercise any of these. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the site changes — in particular if a contact form, a booking tool, analytics or any embedded third-party service is ever added. The date at the top shows the current version.
